ok my DPD is dose jhon lockes think men are good of heart because they lack judgement, and as soon as they start to judge they can be corupted ny their self love and the love they have twards their friends? and if in nature they have the right tu punish however they like and this leads to evil.. then how can the still be considered good at heart?
